Job Profile

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Graduation Appeared
Experience : 6 months & Above (Freshers may apply)

Should have good & Pleasing Personality
Excellent communication skills (Verbal / Written)
Good MS Office skills
Good Typing Speed of min 25 wpm

Job Responsbility :

Handling front desk, attendance and visitor's book.
Attending the calls and transferring calls to the respected departments.
Handling and Attending the walk- in candidates.
Handling petty cash and other records in Excel.

Handling the Office Database and administration.
Handling day to day administration work.
Documentation, filing and paper work.
Handling the Board line

Note: Excellent Communication skills required.
Salary: Upto 20K

Timings & Working days:
Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm FIXED SHIFT) & Alternate Saturday (10.00am to 5.00pm), Sunday Fixed Off.
