Job Profile

Candidate should be Any Graduate / MBA - HR with 1 to 6 years experience in HR/ General Administration. Should have experience of biometrics attendance system and leave management, portal management pan India basis. All other HR & Admin activities related to factory.

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing, Calculation of wages, overtime etc
Statuary compliance experience (ESIC ,PF, Contract Labour, Factory Act etc )
Return filling under statutory labour law
Processing joining documents, letters
