Candidate should be Any Graduate (Male Only) with 1 to 6 years experience in Technical Support, Voice Process and Web Technologies. Advanced Technical Troubleshooting (over phone)In this process, you will help customers troubleshoot their cable, internet and telephony related issues remotely over phone. So needless to say they should have great oral communication and comprehension skills. We will be training them on the latest cutting edge aspects of cable/ internet/ telephony industry in the USA so that they have very deep understanding of the domain.
