Job Profile

Any Graduates with Technical Support (Voice) experience can apply.

Required Skills:

Should have Technical support experience in a BPS (Mandatory)
Good command of Language (oral and written)
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Well organized, able to manage Production and support the process activities.
Committed towards delivering Quality performance.
Knowledge about business is an asset (transaction processing, implementation processes, internal organization)

Any 9.5 hrs, in a 24*5 Window
