Payswiff Solutions Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer




Job Profile

Candidate should have Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline with Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar capacity. Must have technical competency to understand and if within possible realm, resolve technical problems promptly knowledge of software and infrastructure design desired.

Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support in relation to Cards Payment, CRM, Business Analytics or any related financial services
Experience in incident report software (i.e. Jira) is desired
Good experience in planning for issues resolution within the stipulated SLA for each customer
Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills
Highly Proactive and Responsive with Clients and Management.

Able to work in a challenging environment to analyze and handle multiple issues across different region
Strong Customer Relationship Management skill and ability to develop talents
Collaborative team player and highly adaptable to the changing needs of internal and external customers
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English. Knowledge of other languages are desirable.

Responsibilities :

The Support Engineer (SE) is responsible for our international clients support including preventative and reactive maintenance from level 1 to level 2 across infrastructure, applications and hardware. The Support Engineers are to provide support to the clients and ensure compliance to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with each customer.
He/She is expected to ensure proper processes, tools and documentation are created and kept up to date at all times.
He She should be a team player and client oriented individual interested and keen to provide service excellence to its clients across the globe.

Work closely with internal teams (i.e. software engineering, infra and supply chain), customers and vendors to review open issues and seek resolutions to the issues in accordance to agreed SLA
Proactively involve from the initial acknowledgement to the customer support request to getting the final confirmation on the issue resolution from the client to successfully close the request
Strictly follow the company rule of handling Customer requests through specified tools(JIRA) and processes
Follow the communication protocol desired by the Management

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
Notice period: Preferable 15 to 30 days.
